"Space Invaders Multigame" is an easy to install kit that extends your Midway Space Invaders or Midway Space Invaders Deluxe boardset.

This kit is for the Midway black and white versions of space invaders. See Midway boardset picture. I hope to someday offer a kit for the color Taito versions. The following 8 games are included:

Plus many extras features such as selectable Free Play, High Score Save, power-up Diagnostics, and on-screen configuration Settings.

Kit installs in minutes! No soldering or special skills needed. No special wiring or switches are needed! Switch between games by simply pressing both the player-1 and player-2 start buttons at the same time. A game selection menu will appear, as shown to the right.

Includes on-screen game configuration settings and high score save for all games.

This is must have for any Space Invaders owner!

Kit installs in minutes on your Midway Space Invaders board. No soldering or special skills needed. Simply remove one socketed chip and replace it with the daughter card provided in the kit, and it is ready to go! See detailed Installation Guide.

Switch between games at any time by pressing and holding both the player-1 and player-2 start buttons at the same time. A Game Selection Menu will appear allowing any of the 8 games to be selected.

Setup menu allows on-screen independent configuration of settings for ALL games including resetting of high score tables. No need to fiddle with DIP switches anymore.

High scores and names (if applicable) are saved for all games!

True "free play". No coins required. No need to open your coin door. Full (standard) attract mode while in free play mode. Free play can be turned on or off in the Setup menu. (Galaxy Wars does not support free play at this time)

Power-up self-test automatically diagnosis and validates your game hardware. Includes eprom checksum, dynamic ram tests, bit shifter test, high score save test, interrupt test. Results are displayed.

Testmode menu for performing additional tests and diagnostics such as sound tests, monitor cross hatch pattern, extended dynamic ram tests, and input switch testing.

CPU daughter card has same high quality gold plated machined header pins as used on Multipede. Provides a perfect mate with your Invaders motherboard CPU socket. High reliability and strength for a long lasting connection. Daughter card snaps firmly into place. See picture.
