Customs declaration value
The full value will be declared on all international orders.
International Shipping
All products are shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail, when
possible.
Cabinet Freight
Cabinets are shipped through a Freight company. Prices on the
website are F.O.B from our location. You are free to arrange your
own freight transportation, or we can make the arrangements using
our heavily discounted freight service. Payment for freight must
be made before the product leaves our dock.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about shipping
before purchasing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied
with your product for any reason, we will refund you 100% of the
cost within 7 days of receipt, minus shipping and handling.*
Board repairs and upgrades have a 30 day warranty. We will repair
or replace these items for the cost of return shipping, if the failure
is not caused by improper use.
Please note, if you are notified your board is ready for return, and
do not complete payment, make arrangments to pay, or do not
respond for 90 days, your board will be considered abandoned
and sold to recouperate the repair cost.
Coin-op machines are sold with an optional warranty on electronics.
Used machines are sold on an AS-IS basis with an option to
purchase additional coverage.
* Return policy exceptions:
- Tools returns will only be accepted in the original packaging
and new condition.
- Monitors (LCDs) A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all
monitors and they must be returned will all the original packing.
- No returns on custom adapters or custom control panels or other custom made items.
