Note A:
Jumper W1 on the CPU board inverts the polarity of H Sync, V Sync, and Comp Sync

Note B:
No information in docs about how coin door is wired up.  Mention is made of 3 different diagnostic switches, with ADVANCE being used to put the game into self-test, and to advance within a test screen.  If someone has a NARC and can trace down these wires, please e-mail so we can update the pinout.
