DC Wiring

  • For DC wiring, the Center Taps are grounds, run all grounds together making large pads on the adaptor, these are the pins that tend to burn so making a large pad at each dual ground connection lessens the chance of the card-edge connector burning.
  • 7VAC is +5VDC, When running on DC also supply +5VDC to pins E and 5, this basically bridges the diodes.
  • 12VAC is +12VDC
